Our client requires the services of an experienced project manager to planning process. The project manager’s role is to manage all aspects of the project, including scope, cost, schedule, resources, quality, communication, procurement and risk.
The scope of work:
o The delivery of all reports and documents – likes of HealthCare facility compliance, Healthcare compliance, among others.
o Coordinating and monitoring the work of all other consultants retained by Client
o Ensuring that appropriate consultation is taking place between the architect and Client throughout the design process, and that the plans properly address client’s requirements
o ensuring that technical and costing studies are undertaken when necessary to further the progress of the project preparing budgets and assisting with the development of operating budgets
o monitoring and managing project costs and maintaining comprehensive records to facilitate the preparation of the final settlement package
o reporting regularly to Client on all aspects of project progress
o reviewing tender documents
o assisting the project architect to implement a tendering process to pre-qualified bidders
o attending site meetings and providing regular reports of issues discussed
o monitoring the construction site throughout the construction period and maintaining detailed information to insure adherence to protocols, legislation, ministry requirements and the construction schedule
o assisting Client to arrange for selection, purchase, installation of telephone, data, security, compact filing systems, furniture equipment, signage
o participating in all inspections and monitoring any deficiencies requiring correction
o providing move coordination services
o attending at meetings as required by Client
